For the first time in my career, writing a specification and building the thing are converging. The prompt is the spec is the UI. A careful paragraph can ship as a working agent in an hour.
What this does to the team
It means the best writer on your team might be your highest-leverage engineer. It means PMs who think in systems start shipping features without an IDE. It means designers who can't write precisely are going to feel it.
